Wir bitten Euch mit dem Testequipment pfleglich umzugehen und es, um Schäden zu vermeiden, ausschließlich zu diesem Zwecke zu nutzen. Eine Anleitung mit Montagetipps legen wir dem Testpacket bei. Sollte der Verleih oder Packrafttest zu einer Kaufentscheidung für eines unserer Modelle führen, erstatten wir euch 25 Euro in Form eines Equipment Gutscheines.
Der Rückversand hat versichert und mit Trackingnummer auf eigene Kosten zu erfolgen (DHL/Hermes).  Das Packraft muss trocken und frei von Schmutz, gefaltet oder gerollt werden. Bitte achtet besonders auf Feuchtigkeit in den Ritzen und entfernt Algen-, Salz-, oder Chlorablagerungen gründlich vor dem Rückversand. Wir behalten uns vor bei vergessener, unzureichender Reinigung eine Pauschale von 20 Euro in Rechnung zu stellen. Aus Fairness gegenüber anderen Testkunden, bitten wir Euch zudem, um pünktliche Rücksendung (vor 1200 Uhr Mittag am letzten Miettag).

Haftung bei Schäden: 

Für Schäden oder Verlust während der Test-/Mietdauer  haftet der Mieter. Bei einer fachgerechten Benutzung zu Testzwecken ist eine Beschädigung der Packrafts jedoch höchst unwahrscheinlich. Sollte es dennoch zu kundenverschuldeten Schäden kommen, z.B. beim Auspacken mit einem scharfen Gegenstand, kontaktiert uns bitte umgehend, damit wir das weitere Vorgehen besprechen können.
Wir behalten uns in diesem Falle vor, die Kosten für eine Reparatur oder den Ersatz, in Rechnung zu stellen.

We ask you to handle the test equipment with care and to use it exclusively for this purpose in order to avoid damage. A manual with assembly tips is included in the test package. Should the rental or packraft test lead to a purchase decision for one of our models, we will refund you 25 Euros in the form of an equipment voucher.
The return shipment has to be issued insured and with tracking number at the cost of the renter (DHL/Hermes). We enclose a suitable address label for easier handling. The packraft must be dry and free of dirt, folded or rolled. Please pay special attention to moisture in the crevices and remove algae, salt or chlorine deposits thoroughly before returning. We reserve the right to charge a fee of 20 Euros for forgotten, insufficient cleaning. Out of fairness to other test customers, we also ask that you return the product on time (before 1200h local time on the last renting day)

Liability for damages:
The renter is liable for any damage or loss during the test/rental period. However, if the Packrafts are used properly for testing purposes, damage to the Packrafts is highly unlikely. However, should damage occur due to the customer's fault, e.g. when unpacking with a sharp object, please contact us immediately so that we can discuss how to proceed.
In this case we reserve the right to charge the costs for repair or replacement.

Für die Wahl des richtigen Packraft Modells spielen mehrere Faktoren eine Rolle. Zuerst sollte man die beabsichtigte Verwendung möglichst gut abschätzen. Dazu empfiehlt es sich folgende Fragen zu beantworten:

- Möchte ich ein Einer-Packraft oder ein Zwei-Personen Packraft?
-Werde ich auf ruhigen Gewässern unterwegs sein, oder reizt mich der wilde Ritt auf dem Wildwasserfluss oder der Brandungswelle? Oder vielleicht sogar beides?
-Möchte ich die Möglichkeit haben Bikerafting zu betreiben, oder sehr viel Gepäck zu transportieren?

Zudem spielen natürlich auch die eigene Körpergröße und das Gewicht der Paddler eine Rolle bei der Modellauswahl. Insbesondere die Beinlänge, von Steiß bis Ferse solltet ihr ausmessen und mit der Innenlänge unserer Packraftmodelle abgleichen.  In der folgenden Tabelle geben wir euch eine kleine Übersicht über die Besonderheiten und Einsatzgebiete unserer angebotenen Modelle:

Several factors play a role in choosing the right packraft model. First, you should evaluate the intended use as well as possible. To do this, it is advisable to answer the following questions:

-Do I want a one-person packraft or a two-person packraft?
-Will I be traveling on calm waters, or is the wild ride on a whitewater river or surfing waves appealing to me? Or maybe even both?
-Do I want to be able to go bikerafting, or carry a lot of luggage?

In addition, of course, the paddler's own height and weight play a role in model selection. Especially the leg length, from hip to heel, should be measured and compared with the inner length of our packraft models.  In the following table we give you a small overview of the special features and areas of application of our offered models:

Entscheidend für die richtige Packraftlänge sollte vor allem die Beinlänge des Paddlers sein. Diese wird am besten im Sitzen gemessen. Setzt Euch dazu in angenehmer Paddelhaltung auf den Boden gegen eine Wand und messt die Distanz von Steißbein bis zu Ferse. Bedenkt, dass Bekleidung und Paddelschuhe Euer Maß um ein paar Zentimeter beeinflussen, oder messt direkt in Paddelbekleidung. Für guten Kontakt und Kontrolle über Euer Packraft im Wasser, solltet Ihr den Innenraum in der Länge weitestgehend ausfüllen. Natürlich kann die Möglichkeit von extra Stauraum im Bug auch zu einer Entscheidung zu einem etwas längeren Maß führen. Wir beraten Euch hierzu jederzeit gerne!

Crucial for the choice of the packraft length should  be above

Sit on the floor against a wall in a comfortable paddling position and measure the distance from hip to heel. Keep in mind that clothing and paddling shoes will affect your measurement by a few centimeters, or measure directly dressed in your paddling gear. For good contact and control of your packraft in the water, you should fill as much of the interior length as possible. Of course, the possibility of extra storage space in the bow can also lead to a decision for a slightly longer model. We are happy to advise you on this at any time!
